REACT
Our REACT program blends fitness and focus through interactive LED light pods and sensory-friendly drills. Designed to boost reaction time, coordination, and concentration, it keeps workouts fun, engaging, and adaptable for all abilities. Each session challenges both body and mind while tracking measurable progress over time — building confidence, focus, and functional skills that carry beyond the gym.

Pulse Circuit
Our Pulse Circuit program is a fast-moving, 30-minute cardio workout designed to keep training fun, structured, and motivating. Each athlete wears a heart rate monitor and tracks their progress throughout the session by earning points, helping build endurance, confidence, and healthy competition in a supportive environment.
Instructor-led and capped at five participants, Pulse Circuit gives every athlete the guidance they need while keeping the energy high. It’s a great fit for athletes ready to move, sweat, and challenge themselves at their own pace.

1:1 Recreational Support
1:1 Recreational Support at Tectonic Fitness is individualized, adaptive movement coaching in a structured, supportive environment where every athlete is empowered to grow. With over 14 years of adaptive training experience, our coaches design sessions that meet each individual right where they are.
We focus on building strength, mobility, and healthy movement patterns while respecting sensory needs and personal goals. For some athletes, that means building consistency through routine and foundational skills. For others, it means expanding confidence, trying new challenges, and developing resilience within a community setting.
Our goal is meaningful progress that carries into everyday life and group participation — helping athletes build independence, readiness, and confidence inside and outside the gym.


Power Up Group Class
Power Up is our beginner-friendly, powerlifting-inspired class that combines the benefits of strength training with the energy of community. Designed for all abilities from beginning to advanced; including our special needs population, this class creates a safe space for clients to explore weightlifting and functional strength exercises in a supportive group setting.
Using adaptive equipment and personalized modifications, we ensure everyone can participate fully — no matter their ability level. Beyond the physical results, Power Up builds teamwork, confidence, and social connections. Each lift, rep, and cheer from the group fosters a sense of accomplishment that extends far beyond the gym walls.
For many of our clients, Power Up is more than a workout — it’s a place to belong, grow, and be celebrated.
PODS
Tectonic Pods are small-group adaptive training sessions where two to three athletes train together with one coach in a structured, supportive environment. Athletes are thoughtfully matched by ability level, communication style, and overall compatibility so each pod feels safe, predictable, and encouraging while still allowing for individualized coaching and support.
Alongside building strength, coordination, balance, and functional movement skills, Pods help athletes practice meaningful social and community-participation skills through shared routines and guided peer interaction. Coaches actively support communication, transitions, turn-taking, and engagement in a way that respects each athlete’s comfort level and personal needs.
Our goal is to help athletes build confidence, independence, and positive peer experiences while continuing to make meaningful progress both inside and outside the gym.

Our Elite Program is designed for athletes who want more than general fitness — it’s about building the strength, speed, and skill to compete at the highest level.
